How do I update my payment method on ChatSEO?

Card expired, or want to use another payment method? Here is how.

Accessing the billing portal

Your ChatSEO subscription is handled by Stripe. From its billing portal you can:

• add or replace a card;
• check your upcoming charges;
• download your invoices.

How to get there

1. Click your profile in the bottom left corner, then Settings.
2. Under Workspace, open Subscription.
3. In the Invoices card, click View my invoices.

The Stripe portal opens in a new tab, and your ChatSEO workspace stays open. You can update your card directly from there.

If your browser blocks the new tab, allow pop-ups for ChatSEO and try again.

Billing belongs to the workspace, so this card only shows for its owner. If you are a team member rather than the owner, ask the account owner.
