Quick tasks cost a little, heavier ones a bit more, and your dashboard shows exactly what each action uses. Each plan's monthly credits are sized for steady, real SEO work, not one-off tests.

### What happens when I run out of credits?

Each plan comes with monthly credits, and unused credits roll over to the next month (up to your monthly allocation). If you need more, you can top up extra credits anytime or move up a plan — you're never hard-blocked mid-task.

### Can I cancel, upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Your plan stays active until the end of your billing period.

### Is my Search Console data safe?

Yes. ChatSEO uses read-only Search Console access — it can't modify your site, and your data is never shared or used for training.

### Do you offer refunds?

We do not refund forgotten cancellations. You can try ChatSEO with the free trial, cancel before the first charge, then cancel anytime to avoid future renewals. Duplicate charges, amounts billed by mistake and issues caused by ChatSEO are made right.
